Meet the McCoy Family! Don and Kate are not strangers to my blog! I photographed their wedding and I could not have been happier to hear they were welcoming sweet baby Jack into their lives! I LOVE seeing my couples again and as parents! It truly is the sweetest thing! Kate was my JCrew bride as you might remember here. I couldn’t wait to catch up with them and document their new life with baby!
I had no doubt Kate would be a wonderful mama. She is beaming with love for her sweet boy! She decided not to go back to work at this time…we chatted about how you just do not understand this love for your child until you become a parent! I decided to stay home with my boys for 8 years and it was truly the best decision I ever made. Is it the right choice for everyone…heavens no! Each family and situation is unique so you have to do what is best for your family. Being on the other end as a working mama now…there are most certainly pros and cons to both
I love that Kate listened to her to inner voice and no matter how long she is home…I know she will cherish every bit of it!
