Hello, Everyone! Can it really be August?! I have had such an amazing summer full of weddings, sessions, new clients and connecting with past ones as we put the finishing touches on their albums! I have also been able to sneak in a little family vacay to NY and Vermont! It was much needed and such a great time! I hope you are all enjoying the last bits of summer too!

 

I am shooting another adorable wedding this weekend in Petoskey, MI, but wanted to share this Gorgeous Pink, Elegant Michigan Wedding with you! Ernie and Kelly were married on a beautiful day in Holland, MI. I Loved their details and Jenn and her team from Modern Day Floral outdid themselves once again with the floral and event design! They create such works of art! I also have to give a shout out to Mirabella Cakes. When you see their masterpiece you will die! I have honestly never seen a cake this size. I know for a fact that it was not only Beautiful, but Delicious!!!!! They offered little custom boxes for everyone to take home samples of the many many flavors! Great…now I want cake! 😉

 

Ernie and Kelly…thank you for allowing me to be a part of your special day! It truly was beautiful from start to finish and I hope married life is just as beautiful! Enjoy this little peek into your day!

Meet Bryan and Hillary!  I met these two sweeties for coffee and we chatted about their upcoming move, their new jobs and how they met. We began discussing the idea of holding their engagement session at the Camp that they both worked at CAMP ARCADIA.  I am smitten with camp sessions and love the whole vibe of them! I was hoping they were going to get married there, but that wasn’t in the cards 😉   But, how fun to relive old memories and photograph their engagement session there. We had the most perfect weather and the evening was lovely! I am so excited to share this session with you all!

 

Hillary and Bryan…thank you for sharing your special place with me! It was very obvious how much you loved your time at Camp Arcadia and I hope you always look at these pictures with delight and love as a reminder of where it all began!

Oh, my goodness! Can I just say how much I LOVe seeing my sweet couples again as they start their family? It’s truly such a gift! I met up with Nick and Stefanie on the beautiful Grand Haven lakeshore for their baby mama session! Stefanie has and always will be super adorable with her cute as pie outfits and to die for accessories! I could use an afternoon of shopping with Stef to score some great jewels to accessorize my outfits:)She did not disappoint! I loved her flowy maxi dress and chunky necklaces! Nick looked stylish as well and I just love the color scheme of these two! Can you tell I am a details girl?! haha

 

Nick and Stef…I couldn’t be more excited for you two!!! Your session is truly Beautiful and I LOVE what I shot for you! I am soo looking forward to the birth of your sweet bebe! Fingers crossed I get to document that, as well! YAY!

Meet the Mauk family. Beth emailed me and requested a family photo shoot and she had many ideas to bring to the session! How fun! I pride myself on true interactions in my sessions and Beth’s additions were the icing on the cake:) How fun to photograph all of these pretty girls and dad, Trevor, was so great too!

I was leaving for my family vacation to NY and Vermont and Beth needed updated pics and decided to still hold the session on the HOTTEST night of  this summer! Whew! We were all a tad bit warm 😉 but honestly…it was perfect! This family is is so loving and sweet and I think I captured their sweet spirits perfectly!

Each precious little girl has their own personality and it was so fun to see that unfold in front of my camera! Being a mama of boys…you know I loved the little dresses and bows and bracelets and ribbons! Oh, my!

 

Trevor and Beth…thank you for allowing me to document your sweet family! I enjoyed getting to know you a bit better and look forward to future shoots (maybe in the fall?..when it’s not as warm?!LOL) Just teasing! So fun!!
