Meet the McCoy Family! Don and Kate are not strangers to my blog! I photographed their wedding and I could not have been happier to hear they were welcoming sweet baby Jack into their lives! I LOVE seeing my couples again and as parents! It truly is the sweetest thing! Kate was my JCrew bride as you might remember here. I couldn’t wait to catch up with them and document their new life with baby!
I had no doubt Kate would be a wonderful mama. She is beaming with love for her sweet boy! She decided not to go back to work at this time…we chatted about how you just do not understand this love for your child until you become a parent! I decided to stay home with my boys for 8 years and it was truly the best decision I ever made. Is it the right choice for everyone…heavens no! Each family and situation is unique so you have to do what is best for your family. Being on the other end as a working mama now…there are most certainly pros and cons to both I love that Kate listened to her to inner voice and no matter how long she is home…I know she will cherish every bit of it!
Don and Kate! Thank you for welcoming me into your home! I truly loved seeing you both again! It’s awesome to see you as parents and Jack is one lucky little guy! Don..you are so sweet with Jack and Kate and I already gushed about how great Kate is as a mother! Big love to you both! Enjoy your images! They sure are priceless!

Meet Craig and Elizabeth! Their wedding was held on a beautiful spring day and they celebrated with their closest friends and family! This couple is so sweet and kind and everyone was just plain awesome to spend the day with! Selena and I were dying over her Manolo Blahnik blue heels and the gorgeous pink blooms were the beautiful touch to the details shots(my fav always:) I adore their venue,as well. There is just something adorable about Spring Lake Country Club. Take a peek at the images to see for your self:)

Hello, All! I hope you have been enjoying the warm weather and sunshine these past few weeks! I know I have! I am excited to share this very unique engagement session with you!
Meet Jon and Janet! I met this fabulous couple on the day of the shoot, but have been corresponding via email for many months now. Rhi from Hey Gorgeous Events is their event planner extraordinaire and I have been looking forward to all of the fun details surrounding this shoot! We settled on a woodsy location complete with a moss chair and floral crown(which, by the way…I secretly wanted to wear;) It was THAT beautiful! Rhi is super talented.
Jon and Janet have some traditional & heritage reasons behind the unicorn horn and other details that truly made this session unique to them! I was happy to be a part of this and LOVE the outcome of this shoot!
Janet and Jon…so great to finally meet the two of you! I know the mosquitos were HORRIBLE on the night of our session, but I think this was all well worth it! These images reflect your unique style, and more importantly…your playfulness and love shines throughout the images. I love your session and am so looking forward to your upcoming wedding at the Blue Dress Barn!
